    This stretch clinic is specifically designed for dancers looking to improve flexibility, mobility, and body awareness. Through a combination of dynamic and static stretching, students will safely increase range of motion, reduce injury risk, and enhance their performance quality. The class also incorporates strength and control exercises to support proper alignment and technique.

    Level 1:
    • Refine+Align Stretch, Leap & Turn
    • Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30pm:
    — September: 2nd & 9th
    * $15 per class or $25 for 2
    * Ages 8-11, Faculty Advised

Strength and control exercises are included to support proper alignment and technique. The clinic provides a focused, supportive environment where dancers can progress at their own pace while building healthy habits for long-term success.

    Ashley Gallotto began dancing at young age, primarily training at The Dance Academy of North Jersey. Ashley teaches all styles of dance as well as acro and aerial silks! Her dances have been recognized for their technique, performance qualities and choreography by many leading competitions.
