Jason Luks is a performer, choreographer and teacher. He is currently on faculty at Steps on Broadway, NYCDA, and Joffrey Ballet School teaching Musical Theater. He was a member of the Tony Award nominated Falsettos choreography team with Director and Pulitzer Prize winner, James Lapine. He worked with Josh Prince and James Lapine on the choreography for "Mrs. Miller Does Her Thing." Most recently, Jason served as Ryan Reynold's dance instructor for "Spirited" while dancing as a member of the Spirited Dance Company. Jason's performance credits include “White Christmas” (Broadway), “On The Town" (Barrington Stage), “My One And Only” (Stages St. Louis), Rasta Thomas' Tap Stars, Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the Late Late Show with James Corden, MTV’s Video Music Awards, and Good Morning America. He has performed at the Kennedy Center for Presidents Obama and Bush. Jason is a member of the award winning The JaM Project. He won the Adult World Tap Dance Solo Championship at International Dance Organization’s World Tap Dance Competition, and ADA’s National Choreographer of the Year. Jason’s choreography has been presented on Broadway's Walter Kerr Theater (Falsettos), the Kennedy Center, and Symphony Space NYC. Jason graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Dance.

Ally Taylor Sacks
Ally Sacks

Ally Taylor Sacks trained at New Jersey School of Ballet under the direction of Carolyn Clark, George Tomal, Paul McRae and Carolyn Brown and performed in the Nutcracker at the Papermill Playhouse playing Clara. Ally received a BFA in Dance from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, working with choreographers Cherylyn Lavagnino, Gus Solomus Jr, Christopher Williams and Jessica Lang. Ally has danced at River North Chicago, Springboard Danse Montreal and worked with Kathleen Dyer, Marla Hirokawa, and Brenda Neville in NYC. She has performed at the Guggenheim Museum for Karole Armitage, the Metropolitan Opera House at Lincoln Center with the Kirov Ballet and as an ensemble dancer in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in New York. Ally was on the North American Tour of The Phantom of the Opera from 2016-2019 and can be found on Law & Order: SVU in which she played dance instructor Charlotte Bell.

Amanda Molina
Amanda Molina

Amanda Molina is a native of Sparta, New Jersey. She completed her early dance training at The Dance Academy of North Jersey where she received a diverse dance education. Upon graduating high school, she attended SUNY Purchase and graduated summa cum laude with a BFA from their Conservatory of Dance. While attending Purchase, Amanda performed works by Rosalind Newman, Rena Butler, Roderick George, Dorchel Haqq, Doug Varone and Jason Reese Cianciulli. She was also selected to study abroad for a semester at London Contemporary Dance School. Amanda has furthered her training at Ballet Hispanico ChoreoLab, and summer intensives at Joffrey Ballet School, Steps on Broadway and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. In addition to performing, Amanda has a love for choreographing and teaching dance!

Ashley Gallotto
Ashley Gallotto

Ashley Gallotto began dancing at young age, primarily training at The Dance Academy of North Jersey. Ashley teaches all styles of dance as well as acro and aerial silks! Her dances have been recognized for their technique, performance qualities and choreography by many leading competitions.

Angelica Stiskin
Angelica Stiskin

Angelica Stiskin is the Director of Joffrey Ballet School's Contemporary and Jazz Program. She earned her BFA in Dance at Marymount Manhattan College under the direction of Katie Langan, performing works by Shen Wei, Robert Battle and Lar Lubovitch. Her credits include ASH Contemporary Dance Company, and American Dance Artists, dancing with Travis Wall and Rasta Thomas. Angelica performed a self-choreographed solo at Jerome Robbins Theater as an advocate for solo artistry in concert dance. She is widely recognized for her versatility as a performer and teacher and has assisted Emmy Award winning Mia Michaels.

Angelica's "My Rooms" explores the compartments of the human spirit. The bold voices that direct decision can easily be the same voices that distract from reality. Her choreography is the guide through the rooms we create to survive circumstance. The dancing follows the tour between head and heart, leading us into the rooms we hide in to save ourselves from the truth.

Ashley Lindsey
Ashley Lindsey

Ashley Lindsey graduated from the University North Carolina School of the Arts. He has since performed with the Limon Dance Company, Lar Lubovitch Dance Company, Defero Dance Collective, VIA Dance Collaborative, and Jessica Gaynor Dance Company. Ashley worked with choreographers Jason Parsons, Mia Michaels, Lauren Adams and Suzi Taylor; and created works for the North Carolina School of the Arts, UNC, American Youth Grand Prix, CC& Co Dance Complex, Plumb Performing Arts Center, and Defro Dance Collective. Ashley has taught at UNCSA, Duke University, Elon College, and Jose Limon Workshops. He was a 2013 finalist for the Capezio ACE Awards.

Brianna Ascione
Brianna Ascione

Brianna Ascione is a dancer, actor, and singer based in New Jersey and New York. Beginning to dance at two-years-old, she graduated from the Academy of Visual and Performing Arts in Dance at the Morris County School of Technology and is a recent graduate of Marymount Manhattan College with a BFA in Dance with a Jazz Concentration. She grew up training in all styles of dance at The Dance Academy of North Jersey, and studies voice with Marianne Wells. Brianna has performed in theatre and dance, as well as in television and film. Some of her credits include Off-Broadway: The Little Match Girl, and The Concert (Goose Two/Ensemble); Regional Theatre: Dames at Sea (u/s Ruby & Joan), Grease (Sandy Dumbrowski), West Side Story (Anybodys), Catch Me If You Can (Ensemble), and Mary Poppins (Ensemble). Her other credits include: A Chorus Line (Cassie), Into The Woods (Little Red Ridinghood), Big Fish (Jenny Hill), The Government Inspector (Svetsunov), His Play (She), and The Next Screenplay (Perry). Her television/film credits include: The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 3, Episode 8 (Gibbs School Student), The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4, Episode 5 (Studio Audience), and Marry Me (NU High School Student). In addition to her passion and aspirations for performing, Brianna also has a passion for educating young dancers and actors, helping them to achieve their full potential and more in the performing arts. She currently teaches and choreographs at both The Dance Academy of North Jersey and Mayo Performing Arts Center. Brianna has also been the Associate Choreographer at Delbarton School for Working (2021) and Something Rotten! (2022).

Conner Bormann
Conner Bormann

Conner Bormann was recognized by New York Times Dance writer Ruby Washington for his performance in Loni Landon’s “And Then There Was One” stating “this dark, bracing piece … ferried bodies across the stage like cresting, breaking waves, as groups scattered and converged and scattered again.” Conner traveled with choreographers Mia Michaels and Brian Friedman as a ”Pulse Premier Performer.” He performed at Madison Square Garden in NYC and has received many awards and scholarships including National Junior Dancer of the Year at American Dance Awards. Conner graduated from The Juilliard School in New York City and is currently a Principal Dancer with Saarländisches Staatstheater.

Corey John Snide
Corey Snide

Corey John Snide is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of the Capital District Arts Initiative. Corey started dancing in Albany, NY, competing at the regional, national, and international levels at a very young age. His earliest accomplishments were receiving two gold medals for Team USA for Tap and Contemporary dance at the age of 10. From there, his professional career took off as he started performing in the hit West End show as the title role in Billy Elliot the Musical. Having performed the role in London and Australia for a year and a half, he returned to NYC to join the Original Broadway Cast of Jason Robert Browns 13, the musical, leading the show alternating the role of Evan Goldman. He then continued to pursue his education at The Juilliard School, graduating with a BFA in Dance. Upon graduation, he joined the regional production of Andy Blankenbuehler’s Bandstand at the Papermill Playhouse. He has since been the Dance Captain for the Broadway revivals of Cats as well as Rogers and Hammerstein’s Carousel (both of which cover every male track in the show). Recently, he Tapped on the FX hit mini-series Fosse/Verdon as USO Bob. He then returned to London to be the Assistant Choreographer for the most recent Cats film as well as performed in the principal ensemble. Whenever he’s not performing on stage or screen, he is constantly working on his own choreographic career, performing several of his works across NYC. He is sought out internationally as a versatile teacher and mentor. Most recently, he originated the role of Tiger (u/s Riff) in Ivo van Hove’s West Side Story.

Daniel Vaniska

Daniel Vaniska was recognized as 'National Outstanding Dancer' by New York City Dance Alliance and Broadway Dance Center, honoring him with the coveted Richard Ellner Scholarship. Daniel’s credits include Rosta Thomas' "Bad Boys of Dance,” "Hairspray,” "Footloose,” and the national tour of "The Music Man" with original choreography by Susan Stroman. He performed in Atlantic City’s Caesar's Palace in the Broadway review productions "Nights on Broadway II & III.” Daniel's industrial/TV appearances include: Volkswagen Germany, Walmart, as well as the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Elisabetta Spuria
Elisabetta Spuria

Elisabetta Spuria started her professional career as a dancer and choreographer, working as associate choreographer and assistant director for artists such as Mariah Carey and Michael Bolton. Elisabetta was assistant choreographer, dance captain and performer in theater productions including “Footloose”, “Nights on Broadway III”, “Carmen”, “Candide” and “Aida.” She assisted directors and choreographers AC Ciulla, Michele Assaf, Josh Bergasse, and Terry Beeman; choreographed regional productions of “SPRING AWAKENING,” “HEDWIG and the Angry Inch,” “HAIR,” “CHICAGO,” “The Who’s TOMMY,” and “TESS A New Rock Opera.” Elisabetta was nominated for an NYIT award for her work in “disOriented” and has been a guest teacher at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway in NYC.

Jaclyn Walsh
Jaclyn Walsh

Jaclyn Walsh was a principal dancer of Keigwin + Company from 2011 thru 2017, was named by Dance Spirit magazine as one of the dance world's thirteen "Hottest Young Choreographers" and by Dance Magazine as one of the dance industry's "Top 25 to Watch." Her choreography has been presented at numerous dance festivals and conservatories/universities including: Perceptions Contemporary Dance Festival, American Dance Guild Festival, Boston Contemporary Dance Festival, NYU’s Past/Forward, NY City Parks Foundation SummerStage Main Stage, Joffrey Ballet School, and Montclair State University. She received Broadway Care’s coveted Choreography Award. Jaclyn choreographed and performed in Vienna Teng's music video "Level Up." In 2019, she received ADA's coveted Choreographer of the Year Award. She was named a finalist in the Capezio A.C.E. Awards for choreographic excellence in 2018 and in 2016. Jaclyn received her BFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she performed works by Susan Marshall and Ronald K. Brown, and received the Tisch Achievement Scholarship in Dance.

Jenn Freeman

Jenn Freeman is a dancer, teacher, and choreographer. Her live performances include MTV’s VMAs, The Jimmy Fallon Show, Comedy Central’s Awards, and The Rolling Stone's 50th Anniversary Tour. She has assisted in the development of large scale productions for Florence and the Machine, Madonna, The X-Factor, LA Ballet, The Brit Awards, and Cirque du Soleil. Jenn has assisted renowned choreographers including Sonya Tayeh, Mia Michaels, Chris Dupre, Cherice Barton, and Chris Jacobsen. Jenn is currently collaborating with Charlotte Boye-Christensen for NOW International/Interdisciplinary Dance Company. Jenn received a BFA in Dance from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.

Jennifer Savelli
Jennifer Savelli

Jennifer Savelli has danced professionally for over 25 years. At the age of 17 she joined The Pennsylvania Ballet and was a member for four years. She was a Radio City Rockette under the direction of Maurice Hines in Las Vegas. Jennifer’s Broadway credits include Spider-Man Turn Off The Dark, Anything Goes, Guys and Dolls, The Boy From Oz, Dance Of The Vampires, and Fosse. Along with being a Dance Captain on Broadway, she served as Kathleen Marshall's Associate Director and Choreographer for the National Tours of the Tony Award-winning Anything Goes! Jennifer has been in the casts of five City Center Encores Productions and was featured opening The Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas with Hugh Jackman performing an Apache duet. Her movie and television credits include CHICAGO, Not Your Time, PBS' Broadway: The American Musical, and CBS' NYC 22. Jennifer has danced in several TV award shows including The Kennedy Center Honors, The Tonys, The Academy Awards, The MTV Movie Awards, and The VMA's with J.Lo and Ja Rule; and she has directed and choreographed shows for Princess, Radisson, Carnival, and Oceania Cruises.

Jennifer is on the permanent guest faculty at The Rock School in Philadelphia, PA. and has taught at Akron University and Pennsylvania University's Dance Arts Company. She has taught all forms of dance at studios and universities across the country sharing her vast knowledge and love for the performing arts. She likes to encourage the importance of being proficient in and respectful to as many forms of dance as possible -- to have the freedom and flexibility to make the choices desired for a long career in dance. Jennifer also loves being able to teach dance as a means of expression and enjoys sharing its positive impact and tools in preparation for her students' future endeavors.

Jenny LeProtto
Jenny LeProtto

Jenny LeProtto started dancing at age four, studying all forms of dance including tap with Mike Minery (Tapaholics, Slide, American Tap Festival, JUMP Director) and performing works by Ray Leeper (So You Think You Can Dance Choreographer, NUVO Director). While she trained in all forms of dance, Jenny's current fortes are teaching tap, hip hop and jazz, as well as teaching all styles of dance for young children. Jenny is best known for her tap choreography. She was recently recognized by American Dance Awards for many of her tap, jazz and lyrical pieces. Jenny’s work has been described as “intricate, polished and exciting!” Jenny is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a major in Education.

Juliana Belar
juliana belar

Juliana was a Division I gymnast at the University of New Hampshire where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She also served as an assistant coach, helping lead the Wildcats to a conference championship and qualifying for the NCAA tournament. Juliana was named a Scholastic All-American three times. Juliana earned her master’s degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio where she served as an Assistant Women’s Gymnastics Coach for the Division I gymnastics program. Juliana has extensive experience coaching and choreographing for gymnastics clubs and as the tumbling and acrobatics coach for competitive dance teams and recreational dancers.

Kelby Brown
Kelby Brown

Kelby Brown, is an American born dancer, choreographer, educator and adjudicator from St. Louis, Missouri. He received his early training at the Pelagie Green Wren Academy of Dance, as well as Alexandra School of Ballet. He went on to study at Walnut Hill School of the Arts. Kelby received a full scholarship to continue his professional training at the School of American Ballet, the official School of the New York City Ballet, known as SAB. While attending SAB he got to perform with NYCB in its productions of George Balanchine’s “Coppélia”, “Davidbündlertänze” and Peter Martin’s “Sleeping Beauty”. As a classically trained ballet dancer, he performed with companies, such as State Ballet of Missouri, Ballet Chicago, Pennsylvania Ballet, Pacific NW Ballet and Los Angeles Ballet. He has performed featured roles on some of the most notable stages including, The Metropolitan Opera at Lincoln Center, the Los Angeles Opera and Cirque du Soleil’s “Mystère”. Some of his favorite roles and ballets include Balanchine’s Allegro Brilliante, Stravinsky’s Violin Concerto, Kammermusik, Western Symphony and Graciela Daniele’s Armida for The Metropolitan Opera. After Cirque, he was invited to join Celine Dion’s “A New Day” Las Vegas Show, the most extraordinary and groundbreaking show to hit the Las Vegas strip, directed by Franco Dragone and choreographed by Mia Michaels. He has worked with other musical artists such as Madonna, Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, Melody Gardot, Elton John and Usher. Kelby has appeared on So You Think You Can Dance, dancing alongside Lady Gaga. He also assisted Emmy Nominee Choreographer Stacey Tookey and Emmy Award Winning Choreographer Mia Michaels on So You Think You Can Dance. Kelby has appeared as a dancer on the big screen in “The Dance Flick”, “Transformers 2”, Showtime’s Television Series “WEEDS” as well as the hit TV show GOSSIP GIRL, dancing side by side with Blake Lively.

Kelby, the Choreographer joined forces with Director, Ryan Shiraki, on the big screen for the movie SPRING BREAKDOWN. His moves were showcased by the star studded cast, including Amy Poehler, Parker Posey and Rachel Dratch. He reunited with Ryan Shiraki, to choreograph for the hit MTV show “Awkward”. Kelby’s Choreographic stage credits include, Zombie Strippers the Musical, where his choreography was quoted as being, "The Star of the Night”, according to Broadway World’s review. He was also invited to create a special work to pay homage to the legendary founder of the Dance Theatre of Harlem, Mr. Arthur Mitchell for, "Opera Noire”. Additionally, he choreographed the 20th Anniversary of The Kids Choice Awards, where he got to work exclusively with multi-platinum recording artist Justin Timberlake.

Kelby’s dedication to the art of dance naturally carries a presence in teaching. Kelby’s expertise in the art of dance has made him a highly sought after instructor, coach and choreographer.

Kristilee Maiella
Kristilee Maiella

Kristilee Maiella, native of Landing, NJ, holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Montclair State University where she was a recipient of the Linda Roberts Outstanding Senior Dance Award. She is also a recipient of NJPAC and Dance NJ’s "Jersey New Moves" fellowship for emerging young choreographers. Maiella began her early dance education at DANJ, where she trained in ballet, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, modern, and musical theater. In her time competing in dance competitions, Maiella received the title of America’s 2016 Female Dancer of the Year at American Dance Awards. In her concert performance career, Maiella has performed featured roles in works by many eminent choreographers such as Martha Graham, Larry Keigwin, Nancy Lushington, and Frederick Earl Mosley. She has also worked closely with Stacey Tookey and was the lead dancer in her piece entitled “Gift” set on Montclair State dance majors. Maiella has performed at venues such as Symphony Space, Prudential Center, MMAC, and NJPAC. Her most notable performance involves dancing backup for ASAP Live in New York at the Barclays Center. Maiella is the artistic director of her own contemporary dance company, KM Dance Collective.

Kristina Kong
Kristina Kong


Kristina Kong grew up training at The Dance Academy of North Jersey and the New Jersey Dance Theatre Ensemble. She continued her training at Rutgers University's Mason Gross School of the Arts where she received her Bachelors in Fine Arts for Dance Performance as well as a Masters in Dance Education. Kristina has had the opportunity to work with renowned choreographers including Emma Portner, Jason Luks, Jaclyn Walsh, Angelica Stiskin, Shannon Gillen, Nancy Turano, Alex Biegelson, and Darrell Grand Moultrie, Pam Tanowitz, and Yin Yue. In Fall of 2019, she was one of nine selected students at MGSA to travel to Beijing, China to perform and take class with dancers from all around the world at the Beijing International Dance Seminar. Kristina is currently a full-time K-12 Dance Teacher at the Elizabeth public schools.

Logan Epstein
Logan Epstein

Logan Epstein graduated from Pace University with a BFA in Commercial Dance where she studied under Rhonda Miller. She has danced all over the country assisting many of the top choreographers including Andy Blankenbuehler, Christopher Gattelli, Nick Kenkal, Mandy Moore, Dwight Rhoden and Mia Michaels. While growing up and training in all styles of dance, she won many regional and national titles in addition to dance scholarships. Logan has appeared in many dance magazines and instructional dance videos. She has also been a professional assistant and faculty for New York City Dance Alliance, Onstage New York and Break The Floor Productions.

Mia DiLena
Mia DiLean

Mia DiLena, a professional dancer from Toronto, received her Certificate of completion in 2009 from The Ailey School (home to Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater). There, she worked with several multi-award winning faculty including Camille A. Brown, Pedro Ruiz and Milton Myers. Mia was one of the few student dancers selected to perform with the Alvin Ailey Company at New York City Center Theater as part of the company’s 50th Anniversary featuring Oprah Winfrey as honorary chair. After graduating, Mia was accepted into the 2009, 2010 and 2011 editions of Springboard Danse Montréal directed by Alexandra Wells. Here she had the chance to work with many prestigious choreographers and companies like Margie Gillis, Ballet Jazz de Montreal and RUBBERDANDance. Prior to her post-secondary education, Mia received the Proficiency Award in Dance from Etobicoke School of the Arts. She also passed her Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D.) Advanced 1 Ballet Exam with Distinction, and was accepted into the distinguished National Ballet School of Canada summer intensive. During Mia’s time as a competitive dancer, she won several regional titles and top overall awards at American Dance Awards and other competitions. She also won a 1st place full scholarship for an exchange program to study ballet in Genoa, Italy in her final year of high school.

Mia was chosen at an audition for the role of Gracie Shinn in Disney’s The Music Man starring Kristen Chenoweth and Matthew Broderick. Later, she played the lead youth dancer in the Bravo! Fact film, From Time to Time, directed by Moze Mossasnen and choreographed by Ginette Laurin. Mia has danced in several Toronto based dance companies including Helix Dance Project, directed by Linda Garneau, Conteur Dance Company, directed by Eryn Waltman, and Bridge To Artists, directed by Vlad Novitski. Mia was invited to dance with Bridge Dance Concepts, directed by Derrick Yanford, at the EDANCO International Contemporary Dance Festival in the Dominican Republic. She has also been featured in music videos, including Heaven by Blake McGrath, Time’s Up by Aleesia, and Graceland by Allan Rayman. As well she performed for Aleesia at the CityTV’s New Year’s Eve Bash at Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto.

Sam Crimi
Sam Crimi

Sam Crimi trained in various styles growing up and, as a competitive dancer won many awards, including top 20 soloists at the Dance Awards. With the help of Jon Bond (currently a company member of the world-renowned Nederlands Dans Theater alongside DANJ alum Conner Bormann!), she quickly fell in love with contemporary dance. While in middle and high school, Sam continued her training at the French Academie of Ballet, where she studied under Francois Perron, Bivi Kimura, Juan Rodriguez, Brice Mousset & Manuel Vignoulle. Sam then moved to Chicago to be a Trainee with The Joffrey Ballet. Following her time at Joffrey, Sam danced with Cocodaco Dance Project and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. Terk Lewis, Complexions Contemporary Ballet Artist in Residence, joined Complexions in 2010, performing works by Dwight Rhoden, Desmond Richardson, Jae Man William Forsyth and Marcelo Gomes. Terk has taught at The Joffrey Ballet School, Marymount Manhattan University, Western Michigan University, Broadway Dance Center, Alvin Ailey Extension Program, American College Dance Festival, NYCDA, The Pulse, and Complexions intensives. After training with the City Ballet of San Diego and River North Chicago, Terk received his BFA in Dance from Western Michigan University where he performed in works by Ron De Jesus, Frank Chavez and Antony Tudor.
