WHAT TO WEAR
Apparel is very important for safety and comfort. All participants should wear leggings (full length), bring long socks for Lyra, and bring a sweat towel and/or baby powder (you can use a sock to put the baby powder on your feet and pat it on). Hair should be pulled back in a pony. The studio will provide strapping tape and liquid chalk.
