Jason Luks

Jason Luks is a performer, choreographer and teacher. He is currently on faculty at Joffrey Ballet School teaching Musical Theater. He was a member of the Tony Award nominated Falsettos choreography team with Director and Pulitzer Prize winner, James Lapine. He worked with Josh Prince and James Lapine on the choreography for "Mrs. Miller Does Her Thing." Jason's performance credits include “White Christmas” (Broadway), “On The Town" (Barrington Stage), “My One And Only” (Stages St. Louis), Rasta Thomas' Tap Stars, Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the Late Late Show with James Corden, MTV’s Video Music Awards, and Good Morning America. He has performed at the Kennedy Center for Presidents Obama and Bush. Jason is a member of the award winning The JaM Project. He won the Adult World Tap Dance Solo Championship at International Dance Organization’s World Tap Dance Competition (’03), and ADA’s National Young Choreographer of the Year Award (’05). Jason’s choreography has been presented on Broadway's Walter Kerr Theater (Falsettos), the Kennedy Center, and Symphony Space NYC. Jason graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Dance.

Ali Dietz
Ali Deita

Ali Dietz originally is from Buffalo, NY, where she grew up training under the direction of her mother, Mary Alice Dietz, at Mary Alices Dance Studio. Ali is an alumni of The School at Jacob's Pillow, has worked with Dorrance Dance, and teaches frequently at Broadway Dance Center. Ali performed at Spoleto Festival USA, City Center in the Fall for Dance Festival, and in concert with Dorrance Dance. She has studied with, and is personally inspired by Michelle Dorrance, Derick Grant, Dormeshia Sumbry-Edwards, Nicholas Young, Jared Grimes, and Jason Samuels Smith.
Ali currently lives in New York City, where she continues to teach, choreograph, and study tap dance. She travels quite frequently to set work and teach workshops throughout the east coast. The accomplishment Ali is the most proud of is being the founder of Dancers Give Back, a now international non-profit organization. Now in it's 9th year, DGB has raised close to a half of a million dollars towards cancer research and patient support.

Corey Snide
Corey Snide

Corey Snide started training at a young age specializing in tap, jazz, ballet, and contemporary. He competed at the international level representing team USA where he took home two gold medals. His professional career started at a young age leading shows such as Billy Elliot the Musical (West End, Australia) and 13 the musical (Broadway). From there he continued to dance on the stage and screen most recently appearing as a dancer in the tele-film remake of Dirty Dancing. Upon his graduation from The Juilliard School (BFA Dance ‘15), he has had the pleasure of being the Dance Captain for both original Broadway revivals of Cats and Carousel. Corey has been seen on television on ABC’s “One Life to Live” as a dancer in their annual musical, and other guest roles on ABC, NBC and more.

Demi Remick
Demi Remick

Demi Remick is a YoungArts Gold winner in Dance, one of Dance Magazine's 2014 Top-25-To-Watch, a Presidential Scholar in the Arts nominee, SUNY Purchase Junior Dance Award Recipient and a Capezio Athlete. Demi has toured with Postmodern Jukebox and is a member of the 'Bessie' award-winning company, Dorrance Dance, where she has performed at Danspace St. Marks Church, Fall For Dance at CityCenter, and Jacob's Pillow to name a few. Demi understudied Jason Samuels Smith’s “Chasin’ the Bird” at the Joyce Theatre and performed in Emma Portner & The Flock’s, “A Primitive Cinema” in NYC. Demi has performed in “A Salute to the Presidential Scholars” at the Kennedy Center and in YoungArts’ Gala both directed by Bill T. Jones, attended Juilliard’s Summer Program and has taught internationally. Demi has a BFA in Dance from SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance where she performed works by Azure Barton, José Limón, Alexandra Beller, Trisha Brown, Xan Burley and Doug Varone.

Jenny LeProtto

Jenny LeProtto started dancing at age four, studying all forms of dance including tap with Mike Minery (Tapaholics, Slide, American Tap Festival, JUMP Director) and performing works by Ray Leeper (So You Think You Can Dance Choreographer, NUVO Director). While she trained in all forms of dance, Jenny's current fortes are teaching tap, hip hop and jazz, as well as teaching all styles of dance for young children. Jenny is best known for her tap choreography. She was recently recognized by American Dance Awards for many of her tap, jazz and lyrical pieces. Jenny’s work has been described as “intricate, polished and exciting!” Jenny is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a major in Education.

Leo Manzari
Leo Manzari


Leo is a Lucille Lortel award nominated tap dancer. He headlined in the touring and Off-Broadway productions of Maurice "Hines is Tappin’ Thru Life," and was a featured Guest Artist on So You Think You Can Dance, The Mo’nique Show, PBS News Hour, Jerry Lewis Telethon, and ABC’s “The View." As part of a duo act called The Manzari Brothers, Leo and his brother received the Shirley Chisholm Trailblazer Award from the National Congress of Black Women in recognition of their work, the Helen Hayes Award, and nominated for the Ovation Award. They have performed at renowned venues such as New World Stages, The Rainbow Room, The Kennedy Center, The Lincoln Theater, The Apollo Theater, Lincoln Center and Arena Stage. Leo's credits include a recurring role in Showtime’s “Homeland,” being featured alongside Harmony Zhu in TAPxBACH, and fronting his Hip-Hop/Neo-Soul band with vocals and tap dance. Lisa LaTouche

Most recently, Lisa LaTouche was an original cast member of SHUFFLE ALONG on Broadway choreographed by Savion Glover and directed by George C. Wolfe. She appeared with the cast on the TONY Awards, after which they received the Fred Astaire award for “Outstanding Ensemble in a Broadway show” and the A.C.C.A. Actor’s Equity Award for “Outstanding Broadway Chorus.” Lisa toured with Savion Glover productions in STEPZ, and also performing in both New York's Off-Broadway and the North American touring casts of STOMP. Lisa has performed, choreographed and taught world wide on various independent projects and was also faculty member of the School of Jacob's pillow under the direction of Dianne Walker in 2012. She is a guest faculty member at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway.

Mary No

Mary No began her training in New York City with teachers including Savion Glover, Jason Samuels Smith, Derick Grant, Michelle Dorrance, Mike Minery and Gil Stroming. Immediately following high school, she started teaching classes at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway as well at as several dance conventions. She is currently a faculty member and choreographer for Gil Stroming’s Break the Floor tap convention and off-Broadway show in New York City. Mary has been the company tap teacher at In The Spotlight since 2004 and has won countless awards for her choreography. Mary graduated from Montclair State University.

Melinda Sullivan

Melinda Sullivan is best known as the first tap dancer in the Top 10 of So You Think You Can Dance. She appeared as the first tap All-Star and was featured in Syncopated Ladies. Her stage credits include Disney’s High School Musical, Cats, and touring with Jason Samuels Smith. Melinda received the 2012 Capezio ACE Choreography Award, and was named among America’s “25 to Watch” by Dance Magazine. Her TV/ film credits include Glee, As the World Turns, 90210, The Goldbergs, Dancing with the Stars, G.I. Joe: Retaliation, and LaLa Land. Melinda has also won the World Dance Award for Best Choreography of Television Episodic the past two years. Melinda continues to teach, perform, and choreograph worldwide at tap festivals, universities, and dance schools. She is on faculty at the Colburn School in LA and NYCDA.

Richard Yoder
Richard Yoder

Richard Yoder is a St. Louis born performer, choreographer and dance teacher. Last seen as a New-Rhythm in My One and Only at Goodspeed Opera House and a featured performer in Arena Stage's record breaking production of Sophisticated Ladies. Richard is a proud AEA member and a graduate of Oklahoma City University's Ann Lacy School of Dance and Arts Management (BFA). Richards credits include: Broadway: White Christmas. NYC Theatre: Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center and Town Hall. Tours: White Christmas, 42nd Street. Regional: Arena Stage, TOTS, Northshore.
